It is up to you what you use it for. Track and raise problems and add screenshots or screencasts of encountered issues through our online support system. Our range of support and maintenance packages have been created to suit most requirements, but we’re happy to tailor a package to suit your needs. We don’t tie you in to lengthy contracts either, you can cancel or change plans any time.
One of our priorities is to provide high quality support. There is no need for you to search for help on the Internet forums "how to fix things" - we are here to help and solve them all! It's great to know that there is always someone available who can help solve the problem. We support all of our work - but not only.
