How log you will support OpenCart 2.3

OpenCart.TIPS support for OpenCart 2.3 will continue until Dec, 2021 or realise stabile OpenCart 3 version.

Now, the 3.0.x version has to many errors and 2.3 is still the most popular version. 

Do I get unlimited free support?

You have access to 6 months of support. Of course, any such bugfix is provided free-of-charge during the selected maintenance term.

Why my account has been locked?

There can be many reasons for an account blockage. We usually locked an account when:

  • the system detected an unauthorised behaviour
  • the buyer's details are false or incomplete

How can I buy a module on OpenCart.TIPS?

To buy a product, you must have created an account on the OpenCart.TIPS store.

Once on the product page of your choice, fill up all required fields and then simply click on the "Add to cart" button, and then confirm your order.

You will then receive an e-mail and you will be able to download your modules in the Download section.

Notice! After downloading your purchase, you will be unable to be refunded because it will be considered as final.

Can I get a discount for Web Agency?

You can get a 20% discount for our products if you provide us you are Web Agency or similar.

How can I change the currency?

You can change the currency to US dollar, EURO or GBP.

Just click on the top menu Currency and select from the drop-down menu the fav one.

Can I get a discount for next purchase?

Is payment by card secure?

Transactions between your browser and the bank's servers are encrypted. It is SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) secure.

Can I get an invoice after buying?

Sure! Get in touch with us via our contact form with all the information you want to be included on the invoice and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please notice that your request must be in the same month as your order.

On how many stores can I install a module?

You can install a module on one store only. If you want to install it on a second store, you'll need to buy another license

Do I have to pay for every new update of the module?

Once you buy the module, all updates for this product are free for a year. After this period your license is still valid and you can use it

Where can I get my latest update of the module?

You can download the latest version, that you have access to, from your account panel under the download section.

How can I install a OpenCart module on my e-commerce site?

OpenCart 2.x and 3 extensions come packed in a zip, which contains installation, updates, instructions.

Extensions -> Extension Installer

Then click the blue Upload button and provide the route to your extension's modulename.ocmod.zip archive.

On success, you should get a green Success: You have installed your extension! message.

Uploading a single modification file

Uploading single .xml modification files is just as easy as installing zip-packed extensions.

The difference is only in the route you will provide the Installer with.

Modification files' names should end in .ocmod.xml when uploaded via the Installer.

After you verify that the upload is successful you need to navigate to Extension > Modifications and click the refresh button.

What is OpenCart module?

A module is a plug-in that allows you to add features to your store. It installs very easily and is configured in your OpenCart administration interface.

I’ve bought a module, how do I download it?

Click the My Account link in the top menu of our store and then Download from your account.

Deactivate the module so you can install on another store

You need to contact us and before you do this remove a module on the previous location/store
