Remove region / remove zone Opencart

OCMOD  modification file will remove Region fields and all region data displayed in your OpenCart 3

Remove Region data/field:

• Estimate Shipping & Taxes
• Register Account 2x (top menu registration and checkout registration)
• Guest Checkout
• Checkout progress (shipping and payment select menu)
• Address Book Entries
• Edit Address
• Order (admin)
• Order by eMail (client)
• Order by eMail (store)
• Invoice
• Dispatch Note
• Customer's edition in admin 

Extension doesn't work with 3rd party modules!
